Who is 39-year-old executed last year who was seized 1 million euros in fortune
The “Force of Law” operation has now led to the seizure of a nearly 1 mln-euro bank account.
An Albanian dead already after being executed in October last year in Greece under the “Force of Law” operation.
He is Roland Shuttitrasi, who was killed at the age of 39 on October 8, 2017 in the Glyfada neighborhood in Athens. The seized property was placed on behalf of his family members.
Roland Suttonitrasi, originally from Korça, has been resident in Greece for years. He was married and father of two daughters. The 39-year-old was executed at nightclub Joy Bar by unidentified persons.
The injured in the assassination was another Albanian named Gjergji Kapaj. Greek investigators said that the event had links to drug trafficking and is suspected of slapping gaps between gangs. Roland Shuttitrasi was also known as Roni in the Glydafa neighborhood. Shettras had previously been in prison in Greece.
Albanian police today officially said that the property was seized after the proceedings no.443 of 2017, based on the exchange of information with the partners and referred the first materials to the Prosecutor for the initiation of property proceeding for citizen R.Sh. The following was also registered the property proceeding with No. 8, 2018.
Based on the materials sent by the State Police, at the Prosecution’s request, the First Instance Court for Serious Crimes imposed seizure preventive for bank accounts of the abovementioned citizen and his family members.
Next to another second tier bank, the execution of the court’s decision to set the sequestration of bank accounts on behalf of citizens was made:
• K.Sh. in the amount of ALL 17,033,337;
• B.Sh. in the amount of 924,922 ALL;
• R.Sh. in the amount of 51.444.350 lekë.
In total, the amount of 111,402,609 ALL was seized, which is allegedly a product of the criminal activity of citizen R.Sh. in the field of “Trafficking in Narcotics” in Greece.
